I took my Audi Q5 in for the 15,000 mile check-up. As soon as we drove up to the service entrance, there was someone there to open the door and ask what we were there for. They walked us to the Service entrance, and took us to Kevin, our service representative. Kevin had our appointment in front of him, and he gave us his attention immediately. We told him there was a place on the back bumper that looked like something had dripped down between the paint and the coating we purchased from Jim Ellis. Kevin looked at it, said he would send it to the paint department as soon as the service was done. He then did all of the paperwork for us to get a loaner vehicle. We were in and out of the service department in less than 15 minutes. Great service!!!

I had a great experience at Jim Ellis Audi during my recent visit for the fist service of my 2016 A5. Steve the representative who worked with me during my service appoitnment was extremely helpful. Everything was great with Ron in service, but I think the dealership has an ant issue! When I picked up the car it was parked near an ant bed and we had ants in the car! They need to spray around the dealership for ants! Really bad! Service was wonderful. The car is great! Thank you, Adrian Robinson
