I called to see if I could schedule Service to replace a flat tire that was not repairable. It was late on Saturday, close to closing and the person who spoke to me said I should call first thing Monday AM to see if Parts had a tire available. The better customer experience would have been for the person to take my info and create an action item or a lead for Parts to return my call proactively early Monday AM. That said, everything about the service (from the Parts person's handling of the call Monday, to the service greeter, to my service advisor, to the wait space, etc.) was great.
