Kevin in the service department was professional and courteous and made the repair process smooth along with everyone else from the time I pulled up. I also had a loaner vehicle for the 24 hrs while my car was being serviced comparable to the car that I own. The only thing I wasn't aware of is that I had to bring the loaner car back with the same amount of gas it had in it when I left.

Have ben coming there for 10+ years and this visit was not one of your better days. When I made the appointment I was told that the assessment for the brakes would take 20-25 minutes...it took 2 hours. So I sat there for 2 hours before I even was given a loaner car. Inexcusable. Then Kevin asked me for my cell # so he could text me when the car was ready...I gave it to him...and he apparently sent the text to a different # so I never got the text, and he apparently never bothered to check if the text went through or try me at a different # in my file. I like Kevin and he is normally very diligent and forthcoming but at best he was distracted in dealing with me yesterday. After hours of waiting I finally called to find out what the status was and was told the car was indeed ready (and apparently had been for sometime). Lastly I was told the repair would be around $500 and it turned out to be closer to $600...that's a 20% miss...with no explanation or heads up call. All in all not a good experience on multiple fronts.
