Tawana did an outstanding job of communicating and helping us to reach a financial arrangement for the 2014 Honda Pilot EX-L that met my requirements. I am extremely happy with our transaction.

Mitchell was great on my first visit (7/23) and Brian did a great job finalizing the purchase on 7/31. Scott was very helpful with pricing over the phone and also replied to my text messages early the next morning, well before dealership hours, when I realized I had left my parking pass in my old vehicle. So normally I would rate the dealership a 10. Unfortunately, problems with the financing department soured my experience. Despite the fact that I had a preapproval from Georgia United Credit Union, I was told I could not leave with the car unless I financed through Audi, and the financing was at a higher rate. This differs substantially from mine and others' experiences when being a car; most dealers let you drive off with preapproval and work things out with the bank themselves. Moreover, this was not mentioned to me until after I had already signed over my old car. In essence, I was held hostage and given no alternative other than to finance through Audi. While the difference over the life of the loan is probably under $300 (over 4.5 years), that is, nonetheless, my $300 and this behavior is unethical and (hopefully) illegal and therefore I would not recommend Jim Ellis dealerships to my friends of family.

Had the loaner vehicle for 3 days as we were waiting on a part. When I got my vehicle back and was ready to leave I noticed a long scratch on the side panel. Scott took it back and got it where it wasn't so noticeable. I can see that it is still there.
