The customer service was very nice. It was a little slow, almost 2 hours, probably due to under staffing. I watched my car as it was pulled up and I saw the technician place the plastic on the seat. This means it was placed on after the service not before, unless they took off plastic to vacuum which I doubt. My tire pressure sensors were not reset properly so I got a warning on the road and had to reset myself. Overall everyone was very nice I think it was just too busy for the staff on hand.

Sasha was very helpful and knowledgeable about the car. The technology was set up prior to our arrival to pick up the car and it was explained to us in detail. I feel any service in the future will be just as good.

It was a warm welcome friendly atmosphere. However, the problem wasn't rectify properly . And my car got a dent in the process off all what was going on .

Drop off of my car and pick up of a loaner were efficient.
