I bought a white A4 on 24th June, 2016. The staff was very helpful until the time i picked up my vehicle. After delivery, no one even responds. I was told that someone is going to come n give a complete demo, no signs of it. My paper work was supposed to be given to me, nothing done so far. I was given wrong information about the road tax to be paid.

It's always a great experience when I take my car for service there. I dropped my car off around 10 am and it was ready by 2pm! Kevin my service advisor has always been very helpful, he made sure all of my questions were answered and he sent me a txt letting me know that my car was ready to pick up. Excellent service!
