It took 7 weeks to fix my car that was suppose to take no more than 2. Jim Ellus sited personnel issues but did not give a loaner nor a discount. Of course there were apologies but no compensation for the loss of my car for 7 weeks

Great service on a no appointment minor issue. Q5 needed oil top-off but hood would nor release. I spite of Service staff being half staffed, I was served within one hour and on my way. Very helpful team. thanks

People were extremely friendly and helpful. We received a reminder phone call the day before our appointment and they had pre-arranged for us to borrow a car for the day since the service time was estimated at 4 hours. We live an hour and 15 minutes away from the dealership so it was great to have a car to run errands and grab lunch. The service department was respectful of our time and kept us in the loop as to when the car would be ready. It was ready on time and washed as well!

Scott Spagnoli is terrific. He gets me in and out on time, with frequent updates and the absolute minimum hassle. Outstanding !
