Richard Ponce was my advisor when I brought the 2013 Q5 in Monday. Due to his leaving, some information was not transmitted to the techs and one ongoing item (B pillar creak) was not addressed. I brought the vehicle back Thursday and the item was addressed by Brett (most knowledgeable and personable technician). Sydni (SP?) was most helpful advisor for this visit. Bottom line, even though I was initially quite frustrated over having to bring the vehicle back (deal with traffic on Windy Hill Rd), the professionalism of your staff erased the negative, and I was left with a positive overall feeling. This is one reason why we bought a second vehicle from Jim Ellis. I have bought many vehicles since 1972 and I believe that if told some dealers, "the wheels fell off," the response would be, "they all do that".

Service wasn't particularly quick, but the problem was fixed and everyone was polite and helpful. Fresh fruit in the snack area would be nice.

My daughter made the appointment for service while I was out of town. The service phoned to let us know they were a bit behind schedule and, when she brought the car in, they were timely in completing the service while she waited.
