I was shocked at what I experienced at my last visit to Jim Ellis of Marietta. I had an appointment at 8:00 AM to investigate a driver side window issue and a smell coming from the AC vent. I thought I would be out of there in a hour maybe two. This visit turned into a 5 hour ordeal. There was no real repair to the window only a suggestion to replace the motor and multiple other components. The window operates fine it's just the sensor which detects when the window is fully up. Richard was the only bright spot in this entire process. He was thorough and did attempt to see if any of the suggested corrections by the mechanic was covered under warranty. During this research he discovered that my car had a previous warranty that I could have used during my last visit for an oil change. The previous rep did not inform me of this which resulted in me paying $117.00 for an oil change. I'm just disappointed with the service especially knowing the reputation that Audi has.

I had my 2009 Audi TT Convertible serviced for thermostat replacement and I got a call informing me that the Turbo Valve is sticking and needed replacement. I thought the cost was excessive to replace the Turbo Valve, but I had them go ahead and replace it. The vehicle doesn't drive any different since the repair. Let's hope it was a needed repair.......
