Taking my 2013 A8 L in for an over-heating issue was a great experience, as always. Although, the car was only kept for one day and I was provided with a loaner while it was there, unfortunately, the issue was not resolved on the first stay. The car is currently back in for the same issue and, hopefully, it will be fixed for good when I get it back this time.

2013 Audi Q5 1. I guess we don't fill up gas tanks anymore when handing over a vehicle? 2. Was pressured into an extended warranty that I really did not want. 3. Loan paperwork was processed incorrectly, had to fill out all paperwork again, took them a month to figure that out. 4. Temporary tag expired due to the above, eventually provided me a dealer tag to use. Got a ticket. 5. They forgot to do an emissions test so tag was delayed again. I had to take vehicle to a local testing station at my expense. 6. Had to go pick up the tag at the tag office, because tag fee was not paid. Had to pay for that too. All in all, the worst car buying experience of all time.
