Contacted the dealership on June 29th through Truecar.com regarding my interest in a used 2013 Audi A4 and received a reply email with the monroney very quickly; however, when pictures of the vehicle were requested at that time it took 24 hours to receive and only one picture was sent. Followed up with the dealership a few times on the afternoon of June 30th before receiving more pictures of the vehicle. Had planned on going to look at/pick up the vehicle (driving from Nashville to Marietta) on the evening of Fri July 1 but it wasn't ready/still in the detail shop. Had to make alternate arrangements to leave work early on Sat July 2 to drive from Nashville to get the vehicle. On the way from Nashville Willie was very helpful and responsive and we worked together to get all of the information sent to him to facilitate the paperwork process since we were getting there so late in the day. The car was in great condition upon arrival. Willie did notify us of a scratch on the rear bumper prior to our departure from Nashville. Upon our arrival he notified us of a bubble in a tire that they would cover the cost of. Both Willie and Nathan in Finance made it a nice purchasing experience as a first time car buyer. I will recommend this dealership to friends and family in the future.
