From the time I made the initial phone call to Audi, I have been very pleased with the customer service. Tory (I think was he's name) set me up with Tim. Very Nice young man. Young lady that helped me with my check in, very nice. The driver that took me to the airport very nice. TIM, he put the icing on the cake! Being a previous infin ite owner I didn't think anyone could compare to there outstanding customer service, but you guys were superb! Thanks again for everything.
