I called and made a reservation for my 55,000 mile service and when I arrived try did not have me on file. They later found out that even though my confirmation email had the correct time and date, in the service system they booked it on that date in 2017. They were able to get my car in, but the service was supposed to be completed that day and when I called to check later that afternoon because no one had been in contact with me I was told that they never got around to it because it showed up as a low priority in the system even though it shouldn't have. So I was able to pick my car up the next day and as soon as I turn the car on I get a light malfunction error. So I had to go back inside to have them look at it and found out that a headlight was dead. I was told that they normally report those types of things so that they can be fixed before picking up the car. Overall, I've had, ALRIGHT.... Experience in the past. But more often than not I run into some type of issue that is 'not int the norm' with my device experience.

I purchased an Audi A4 recently and I really love the car. The dealership staff was extremely helpful in my purchase decision, and they gave me the attention that I needed while making the purchase. All questions were answered respectfully and our brand specialist (Nikki Basista) went above and beyond my expectations walking into the dealership. If I ever decide to purchase another Audi, it would definitely be at Jim Ellis Marietta.
