My experience with everyone, from the salesman who sold me the car, to my service manager Ricardo was extremely pleasant, convenient and professional. I had my car in for service recently, enjoyed a beautiful 'loaner' and was impressed every step of the way with the service at Jim Ellis Audi.

Without a doubt the team at Jim Ellis Audi in Marietta is the best!! Having owned other German cars that were purchased at another Jim Ellis dealership in Atlanta they do not come close to Ahamed Eboo and the folks at Jim Ellis Audi!, I have been buying / servicing cars for 45 years and have owned quite a few autos in those years, mostly German.!! The customer service that Ahamed, Richard in service and the driver Maynard they practice all exemplify what customer service is! If you had to train others in the business on how to treat your clients they are the guys to watch!! Because of the continuous superb customer service by the gentlemen, especially Ahamed, it will be hard for me to ever leave Ahamed and Audi!
