Kevin, as always, was great. He pushed my car through so it was done soon than expected. He also had my car pulled up ready to go. While getting the car serviced is not a chore I am looking forward to, you make it very seamless by having the paperwork ready by the time of my appointment and the loaner lined up. I appreciate that.

Very good. Ron got me in just like he said he would. I was out of there with my Q7 in less than an hour. Everyone was very polite and customer oriented.

I arrived at the dealership around eleven thirty for a repair that was to take one to one and a half hours. It took three hours. I was in the waiting area with another gentleman in to get a tire repaired and he was still there when I left. He had been there over two hours. Maybe the service department is short handed.

Took a little longer than expected but everyone was helpful and knowledgeable.
