Excellent Customer Service by the service advisor. Yet, we may not have communicated as well as I would have liked in the sense that I wanted to be appraised of the status of certain features of my repair and progress. Further, one of the main reasons for the visit was to correct some vibration in the front end. When I got the car back the vibration had actually gotten a bit more intense and ongoing at higher speeds than prior to bringing the vehicle in. I picked up the car on Friday afternoon late. I noticed the vibration on the drive home. I live in Fayetteville, GA. I returned it on Saturday morning to have it re-inspected and the problem corrected. My service advisor we not there on Saturday morning, so we have not gotten to favorable solution...yet. I am confident appropriate and sustainable corrections can be accomplished successfully and in a timely manner.
