Service department: took 2.5 hours to fill a fluid and tell me that parts had to be ordered and that I needed to return the following week. Good quality service and helpful people, but took too long given the outcome.

Felt like I was in a low end used car store. Nobody seems to care about customer service with the exception of Richard in service. Herman in sales and Russano in management don't have a clue
