I needed a loaner car and I didn't realize that my updated insurance card was not in my car. I was treated like a common criminal because I didn't have the current insurance card. I'm a customer who has been to your shop 4 or 5 times, I'm driving a $50,000 car and I'm having a 55,000 mile service performed at a cost of $700. What are the chances that my insurance isn't current? I know I created the problem myself, but your lack of helpfulness in resolving it was not appreciated.
