Appt at 8, told it would be about 3 hours. At 2 received call it would be ready in 1 hour. Never got another call so just showed up at 3. Car not ready. Said another 20 minutes and then would wash it. I said forget car wash so I could get going. Started driving home , immediately got message tire pressure was low. Returned to dealer to have that taken care of. Finally left about 445. Felt service was a little sloppy.

Dealership (Kevin) quoted lower service price (parts and labor) and post service it was different (higher) additionally unknown charge for "supply fee" was applied which was not been referenced during our conversation with Kevin. When call the dealership for explanation, Kevin was unavailable and got another service sale person who promise to convey the message and we should expect a call from Kevin and no news yet. Will try to followup again today with Kevin or his manager. We been in Jim Ellis family for a long time with our Porsche and couple of service with AUDI dealership in past but never had this experience. Something to look into for service managers and plenty to learn from Jim Ellis Porsche.

very nice staff and good service . not sure if cleaning is part of service , i requested but did not get it . thats fine if that is not part of servicing
