Mr. Tim Brooks did an amazing job with the problem that I had. I would recommend him to all my family and friends. He was very friendly and made sure I knew everything about the issue with my car. He was even thoughtful enough to give me his number to make future appointments easier to make.

Brought my A5 in for 25k service and to fix memory seat and key and keyless entry (which has previously failed); did not have second key fob with me at the time of drop off. Was told fobs likely need new battery. I was given no updated on when the car would be done (I had to call that afternoon to find out, which by then was too late for me to pick it requiring me to come the next day (Sat). Paperwork indicated a new battery was installed in key fob. I had the second fob with me and asked them to but the battery in that one. Was told there would be a ~$5 or $7 charge (I can't recall exactly). I explained that I was told to just bring the second fob in when I picked up the car and it would be taken care of. No one there seemed to care and were too busy with other customers to do anything about it. I had to ask two people to get the car and waited 15 min to have the car brought around. Was told on drop off that it is usually cleaned up a bit. This was also not done. Overall a bad experience and I will never return. I should mention that the A5 comes off lease in May and my wife also needs a new car. I was considering moving to an S5 Cabriolet and may still but not from Jim Ellis. So, for $5-$7 you lost at least one, maybe two, car sales within the next next 2 months and gained an Audi owner who will never be back and will let anyone who listens, in person and on social media, know about the bad service received from Jim Ellis Audi.

I had detail done on my car. The inside of the car was not clean properly. There were foot prints on the passenger side of the car. Where the door lines with the car, there was a surmount of dirt residue. I had to point all this out and have my car clean while inspecting. You will not have my car in the future for any type of detailing.
