I arrived without an appointment requesting service and a loaner vehicle. The service writer respectfully explained the limited staffing on a Saturday would prevent immediate service and all the loaner cars were taken. I understood and scheduled an appointment for Wednesday. He then said they could check service code for me in 15 minutes. I agreed. They were gone for well over an hour. I also observe a lady with an appointment request a loaner car and he told her it was pointless because they would be done with her car in 15 minutes. She was still there when I said just bring me my vehicle after an hour wait. I own a TDI, so my goodwill with Audi is stretched thin. Then they had the audacity to charge me $150 for the service I interrupted because there was no end in site.

I currently own a 2015 Audi A4. My service was wonderful. The waiting area is nice and comfortable.
