The dealership is nice and relatively convenient for me. I had a scheduled appt at 830 to evaluate a check engine light. It took nearly 3 hours to skimply check the codes...I was at the dealership the whole time. Everything from that point forward (loaner, etc) was fine. As a point of reference, I took my wife's Mercedes GL450 to the Sandy Springs dealer for service 6-7 times. I NEVER waited for more than 20 minutes for an analysis/definition of required service.
