Mostly positive, but I've now traded my Audi and gone back to Lexus. I owned an A8L, and there were just a ridiculous amount of repairs for the mileage.

I'm on my 3rd Audi and have worked with Kevin for almost 10 years. He is very knowledgeable and great at what he does. He follows up in a timely manner and I appreciate the excellent service he has provided to me for all these years. The lady that helped me with my loaner car was prompt and very quick to insure I would not be on my way in a short time.

SQ5, this was the first service. Staff was very helpful and curtious! It would be helpful if the service agents had more space. There were several customers waiting in a small space.

I waited for 2.5 hours for something I was told would take 30 min. Kevin and I had to go down to the service department in order to have my car looked at. Which only took 10 minutes. Wasted my afternoon.
