My service advisor, Scott, is always friendly and helpful, as are the rest of your staff. My only complaint is that labor charges for simple jobs (brake pads in this case) are way more expensive than other places. This is understandable for specialty work, but charging 3 to 4 times more than a Meineke for a simple brake job is outlandish. This is not at all an issue with any of your personnel though, they have been consistently excellent.
