Excellent service - our service technician (Scott Berry Spagnoli) was fantastic! Received rental vehicle while our A6 was being serviced for the 45,000 mile check. Everything was ready to go - I was in and out in 5 minutes. You need more technicians like him. Best service we have ever gotten at Jim Ellis Audi Marietta!!!!!

I've been using your dealership for service ever since I purchased my A5 in 2010. My husband also uses your dealership to service his Q7. This past experience has been the worst headache ever! Your online scheduling system is no longer working, and I called repeatedly to speak with someone to get some information and was never called back. Finally I got through to someone who seemed helpful and set up and appointment. Yesterday was the tip of the iceberg as when I arrived for my 2 pm appointment I was told there was no record of me having and appointment. I reassured the service advisor I did indeed have an appointment and was told it would be one hour. It seems this has been a problem at your Marietta location. I was under the impression not only was I told to come in when no appointment was booked for me, but the time I was told was incorrect as well. I ended up waiting close to 2 hours for my service. On a plus note, Ricardo Ponce was AWESOME! He listened to my frustrations, told me there'd be no problem taking care of me, and really helped to make lemonade out of lemons. If it wasn't for him I'd probably have just left and taken my car somewhere else to be serviced.
