I took my car in for service and a recall. I was told all of it would take 4 hours( I delivered my car by 9 am) By the end of the day I get a call stating that they are my done and have to keep the car. I had been given a loner car. I had an early morning flight so they told me to keep the car. I returned the car first thing Friday morning. (I travel extensively for my job) I had my dog in the car because he had an appointment at the vet that morning for a medicated bath(his shampoo was in my car so I had to get it). I get there pay for my service get my car and drive away. All while everyone can clearly see I have my dog. 5 minsures later the girl that walked right next to me calls and says no dogs allowed in cars and it was in the paperwork. Just like you can't smoke you can't have a dog in the car. Well I said I wasn't still supposed to have that car because they took longer than they were supposed to and that was rediculous. She said there was a fine. I figured $30 no big deal but no it was $100. My dog was in the car a total of 10 miles. I may have put 20 miles on the car the whole time I had it. I called my Service guy and he said he could not help. He gave me his managers number. I call and left a messages at 8:30am on Friday and I never received a call back. I understand rules are rules but I am single and I had no choice in bringing the dog. I had considered trading my car in for a new car but hadn't had a chance to discuss with the salesman. My Servixe guy was really nice and I do blame him but I do not appreciate the customer service from the rest of the staff. Telling me the rules are in the paper work I signed when's I was only supposed to have the car for a short period is very insulting especially when there was a sticker in the car that said no smoking. Why didn't it also say no pets. I haven't decided if I will go back to this Audi location or to the competitor I am Still very upset by the situation.

Loaners cars were apparently all out, I had to leave my car and I have been given an Enterprise rental car...but I was responsible to put gas?!?!!!! We are talking about an Audi dealership not a Ford. Disappointing

I came in for my 15,000 mile service on my Audi A6. Tim Brooks was my service contact, and he was great to work with. As a matter of fact, the entire staff was extremely helpful and friendly. A+++++ for the service team!
