Had a price quote from a month prior go up on me when time came around for service. I called and spoke with Heather (name?) and she got with Scott and Tim in service. They responded to me promptly and told me they would honor the quote. Happy to say I will keep coming back.

RAV4 was purchased. Shawn was terrific. Helpful. Not pushy. Only negative was length of time to purchase due to broken computer. We paid with cash and it still took almost 3 hours to finish transaction.
