Revised from initial submission - my sales representative (Kevin Brayboy) was still very responsive. However in addition to the vehicle not having the all-weather mats and cargo tray as listed, I later discovered how poor the workmanship of the detail crew was. I picked up my vehicle at night, so I couldn't tell then...but later it was evident that there were so many glue marks (which look like scratches) around the driver window as well as on the tailgate. Very disappointing to see on your brand new vehicle. Not at all convenient to bring it back by the dealership.

Audi Q5. I thought I had an appointment on 2/22 I called to see if I could bring my car in earlier. To my surprise there was no appointment. Monica was very nice and gave me a new appointment with a loaner car. She was very helpful.

The service was excellent. It took less time than original forecast. The service representative took extra time to explain how to use some features of my car. I really appreciate the fact that he knew how to navigate the system and explain the usage.
