I had to be towed in at 3 am on a Saturday morning. Your service department did a great job of fitting me into the schedule to fix my issues plus they did the 55,000 mile service on my vehicle and fixed some issues that were found on the service. The service writer kept me up to date on repairs and explained what happened in easily understood terms. Excellent service!

The experience was fine but I only brought it in for service because a damaged interior piece needed to be replaced under warranty at your store. Audi North Atlanta offers a much more impressive, modern facility that is in line with the Audi brand.
