Although I arrived a hour earlier than my service appointment. I was greeted with a smile & handshake by Mr. Brooks. At completion of service, Mr. Brooks reviewed with me all of the work that was done. He also cautioned me to occasionally check my tire's wear-bar. And suggested that I should consider having my tires replaced at the dealership by summer. That's why Mr. Brooks is my singlier Go-To-Service Advisor.
