Helpful and offered a loaner car instead of having me wait for hours.

Atiq Choudhry was our sales person. He was super knowledgeable and helpful. Not pushy - especially when we kept wanting to switch between the Q7 and SQ5. He let us drive both cars as many times as we needed for us to make a decision. We even left and came back. Hobbie was the sales manager we dealt with. He was no nonsense and straight to the point which I appreciated. He also wanted to sell us the car as much as we wanted to buy it. :) We are now an Audi family and I would recommend Jim Ellis over any other dealership.

The service was great, however; one item was not fixed and now I have to bring the car back. I still hear the noise on the right side of the car. It's at the top. I was told a bolt was replaced but it must be something else.
