Fast, promt, friendly and accommodating

Richard was very welcoming and helpful as it was my first visit. I arrived a few minutes early (8:20am) hoping that my service appointment would begin on time. It seemed like a very busy time at the service center. After getting checked in and reviewing recalls, etc. , I was led to believe it would be about an hour. I left the center about 10:20am. Very nice and knowledgeable staff, but I hope the timing of my next appointment goes more smoothly.

Richard provided excellent service, and kept me informed.

Richard Ponce has alot to do with my opinion of the dealership. His loyalty shines through every word he speaks. If I had to mention one thing it would be that there were a couple of ants in the waiting area. I meant to mention it that day but forgot. I'm sure with as many visitors as you get this can happen. Everyone in the dealership is friendly and helpful.

Ahamed Eboo was brilliantly helpful, going far above and beyond my highest expectations. Tony Jackson in Finance was amiable, informative and extraordinarily efficient.

Always an excellent experience and Tim does a great job keeping me informed.
