Richard was an absolute professional! From our initial conversation on the phone, Richard was warm and accommodating. He was genuinely dedicated to making sure the headlights on my Audi A3 were replaced immediately. I planned to wait on site while my car was being serviced and Richard offered and arranged a driver for me to conveniently grab lunch. The driver Godfrey was so helpful, he even wait while I finished getting a manicure nearby. I'd give Richard 10 stars or 20 stars and beyond! The team at Jim Ellis Marietta was outstanding. Of course, I paid top dollar for maintenance (a hefty expense) but the experience was so relaxing that I am definitely going back.
