I cannot say enough good things about Scott. He manages the process extremely well and sets proper expectations and does everything with a smile and a positive attitude. I would be very upset if I am not able to work with Scott in the future.

When I brought my Audi A6 in for its first 15,000 mile service I received great service as soon as I drove up. The staff was very friendly and professional and service area was one of the cleanest I've seen. My service advisor Scott Spagnoli provided very prompt, friendly & professional service to me and my car. I was very satisfied with the work and felt that my car will be in good hands in the future with my next service.
