The service department was consider of all my needs. I needed a loaner and one was provided. I received a call letting me know when the car was ready. Courteous Customer Service all the way around!!!

Went in for a routine service appointment. The associate estimated an hour, ended up being closer to 2 hours. Pleasant service, washed my car for me, explained what was done thoroughly.

The Team at Jim Ellis Audi Marietta always go above and beyond to provide exceptional service. Starting with my S5 purchase in 2012 and continuing through every single service appointment since then, I have relied on them to take care of me and my car and they have never disappointed. I want to get a word of praise to Kevin and Scott on my recent visit. Their creative solution for working me into their full schedule and getting me back up and running quickly and cost efficiently made the 15 mile drive in 20 degree weather well worth the effort!
