Tim Brooks was exceptional in getting my car serviced, since I was under a time constraint.

The experience at dealership was excellent , they were able to give me a very good price. Though it was yearend, and process took little longer. But I was overall happy with the dealership.

Staff and service were excellent. Communication from service advisor was great. One recommendation, as a marketing sales technique I would recommend that if a S model vehicle is brought in a loaner should be given from a higher model class. I think this would encourage a more premium experience for customers and perhaps convince them to upgrade instead of just wanting to run back to their current vehicle.

The experience, like always, was superb! From the showroom floor down the the sales and service representatives.
