Tim is an excellent Service Advisor! He is prompt, ensures my car is well taken care of, sets up service appointments quickly, always ensures I have a GOOD loner when needed, provides excellent technical advice and is pleasant to work with! I am not a very easy person to please and do not appreciate anyone who treats me as an old, unintelligent woman! I am also a VERY picky person when it comes to taking care of my beloved TTRS! Therefore, when I compliment Tim's work, you know he is performing at the highest level! I have had many sports/sporty cars, but the TTRS is my 1st Audi. I can honestly say that my love of the car alone would not bring me back to Audi for the next or my 3rd vehicle, but Tim's support certainly will bring me back when I am in the market - which is a frequent event!
