I have bought a few Audis at Jim Ellis Audi Marietta and I gotta say that this was the easiest car buying experience EVER! However now I have to bring the cars in for routine maintenance and again my experience is nothing short of class. As usual I have dealt with Kevin Fayweather and his professionalism and attention to detail has been second to none. In making my initial maintenance appointment Kevin informed me that I had a loaner and as promised Artee in the parts area had it waiting for me. My 35k service for my Q7 was effortless. I dropped the car and they were ready to receive me. Tim was knowledgeable, friendly, and took time to answer all my questions. The young lady who handled the loaner car (I'm sorry I forgot her name) was a joy. She was so pleasant and took time to explain all the details of the vehicle I was receiving (which was quite nice). The car was ready quickly and Tim took care to be expedient when picking up my vehicle as I had a funeral to attend. I greatly appreciated it. All in all, it was top notch service. I was very pleased.
