Kevin F. is great & always has been! He does his best to get me in & out in a timely manner and reserves a loaner for me if my car will take a very long time which makes the whole experience much easier and more enjoyable!

I brought our Q5 in for service and recalls. Tim Brooks is friendly, does a great job and communicates well. Artee was very sweet to my 3 year old son as well. Everyone working there is kind, courteous and helpful.

I have to say that everyone at the dealership were friendly, professional and acted in the best interest of customer satisfaction. I have been a BMW customer since 1980, and this is my first time with Audi. I made it know when I entered the dealership that I was serious about giving them a shot to win my business, and that if I left that afternoon without a car, I would move on. They met me head on with the serious that was required. No, ridiculous first prices to haggle from, no after negotiations surprises. Just the deal. I like that. I've been doing this for many years and respect that they did not waste my time nor insult my intelligence. Job very well done. Now, why can't other dealers get this right. Simple, right?

My experience was great. I purchased a used vehicle which I found online. I contacted them first online and then follow up was via telephone. They were expecting me at a specific time and everything was ready. Within minutes i was driving my vehicle. The staff was personal yet professional.

Great experience

I took my Q5 in because a fuse went out and my outlets were not working. Scheduling the appointment was super easy and I was told that there was a recall and that would be addressed also. When I arrived for my appointment I was seen immediately and Kevin was great.
