Everyone was great. They were ready for me when I arrived, the loaner I received was great, and my car was ready when they said it would be ready. I will come back for my next service appointment.

Service was fine, however working with the service coordinator was not that great. Confusion as to the time the vehicle was booked in and call backs/texts when the car was going to be ready.

I had a pleasant experience as always. Kevin was very polite, courteous and informative. I dropped my car off on Friday morning and picked it up on Monday afternoon.

Kevin Fayerweather is the best I have dealt with in my 47 years of German cars. On this visit, he went to bat with the warranty company and successfully got my vehicle repaired. I have only had one visit there when someone else handled my visit, and that won't happen again.
