When I phoned inquiring about the special lease offer I saw advertised on television, Mr Jefferson made great strides to accommodate me with personalized service. I was given a special appointment and given a lot of hand holding through out the entire process including vehicle decision making, financing, and service package. I had no way of picking up the vehicle and he trailed me home with the car. Never in life have I ever had so much offered to me during acquisition of an automobile. I was offered drinks and snacks. I was offered time that centered around my work schedule. I am very grateful to both Mr. Jefferson and the entire staff at Jim Ellis Marietta for all that they have rendered to me.
