I was very thankful that Tim and Rodney took such excellent care of me during my visit to see why my tire pressure light was on. Turns out I needed a new tire, due to a nail in an area of the tire that could not be patched. The tech even stayed after he was supposed to be off so that I could get my tire done the same day. The tire rides just as if it never happened! I'm so thankful for the customer service I received!

2013 A6 ...Great customer service!!

I wanted to buy AUDI Q7. We went to the showroom with a particular configuration of the car in mind. We are very particular of the color and specification of the car that we wanted to buy. When we arrived the showroom, we were warmly welcomed. Sasha Landy came by and introduced himself and assured that he will look into the car availability for the configuration we asked. Even though the car was not readily available in your inventory, he said that he will be able to get the car for us if it is available anywhere in the country. Then after a while, Sasha and Atiq Choudhary could able to locate the car with the exact configuration and color we had in mind. We paid the deposit and came back. Sasha was quite helpful throughout the entire process of purchasing. He will respond to all my emails at lightning speed and clear all my doubts and also update about the car availability for delivery. On the day of delivery, we arrived your showroom late after my busy work. But when we arrive the showroom, everything was prepared and kept ready. Sasha and Atiq took us around the car and explained the features. when we are not clear about some driver assistance features, Atiq was so helpful to demonstrate all the features by taking us for a drive in the actual practical / road environment. Finance manager Ray was patiently explaining the Audi care plan and could able to give us a very good deal to our satisfaction. Atiq stayed for us till we have taken delivery of the vehicle and proceeded to our home. Overall it was an "Awesome" experience. Kudos to everyone for making this purchase a pleasant experience. I have 2016 Q5 and the service was outstanding as always. All employees/staff were very courteous and helpful especially Tim Brooks. From the time I arrived until I left they made my stay as comfortable as possible. They made the wait so much easier.
