Everyone is top notch, I did a European Delivery A3, and it all went very smoothly! The experience exceeded my expectations coming into the Audi brand and the Jim Ellis dealership. This really sounds like an Ad but it is the truth. It took a couple of visits (test driving) and some explanation on the who, what and where with European delivery. Overall it all was a Audi shopping experience to remember, oh and the A3 is fantastic! the Prestige Package is the way to go as everything available in an A3 is in there.

We purchased a 2017 Audi A6. We were very specific about the color and options we wanted with the car and Nikki Basista was great at helping us find it! We had to order from out of state to get what we wanted and Nikki was able to find the car and have it here in less than a week. We were also able to negotiate a fair price. Overall it was a great experience and we would strongly recommend Jim Ellis Audi to family and friends.

Kevin is fantastic! It was my first time getting my vehicle serviced here. He always kept me informed and even gave me a loaner! The loaner car lady (I forgot her name) was very nice too! Awesome job on the wash....what a nice convenient surprise to have such a clean car!

My last service appointment has been a disaster. The service co-ordination definitely had some issues with other service co-workers or their clients or has issues with people of color. He was very rude and his actions and conversation made me feel that I was not welcome at the dealership. Although I gave my car for service and drove off in the loaner but the service co-ordinator called back and gave me a incorrect information on battery warranty. I decided to comeback returned the loaner and took my car back. The dealership lost me as a customer.
