From the moment we walked in and were greeted by your reception person, to our first contact with Erikka (who let us know that she had chosen Ahamed specifically to work with us), to our two days working with Ahamed, Jim Ellis Marietta, and more importantly, your people, created an exceptional experience for my wife and I. We were very well matched with Ahamed - his knowledge and passion for Audi was immediately apparent - he was a joy to work with. Erikka's willingness to work with us on the financial side made it an easy decision to but our Q5 from JE-M. We really want to call-out Ahamed (although I am certain we are not alone in this) for his enthusiasm, and exceptionally client-focused demeanor. As a someone who has both owned businesses and managed large teams, I can confirm what you most likely already know - Ahamed is a rare and valuable member of your team. His commitment to the brand - both Audi and Jim Ellis - comes through and is authentic. He lives the client-first commitment. As my wife told me later, "working with Ahamed was worth more than what we paid for the car." Although we live in the Historic Brookhaven neighborhood, we will be bringing our service business to Marietta as a result of our experience - and, when the time comes to replace our Q5, JE-M will be our first stop.
