My wife pulled up to meet me to drop off my Audi for service. She was in my work car (a 2010 Nissan Altima) and a salesman told here "we don't service those type of cars here" and was extremely rude to here. He gave her a hard time even though it was her Audi we were servicing. There was no parking and no facilities on site compared to other Audi dealerships we use to service the car. When my wife picked up the car she was treated rudely by the service person who was trying to up sell her on repairs we did not want on the car. I've owned many cars and been to many dealerships in the Metro and we will not be going to Jim Ellis Marietta anytime soon again.

When I first arrived to bring my car in for service there was no one to greet me no one to point out what to do where to go. I made my way to the service area and stood there watching all the service managers buzzing around but not one of them acknowledged my presence. Not one asked me if I needed help. One service tech was calling what appeared to be missed appointments and told me he would be with me in a minute and continued on the phone. Once I got to the correct guy life was good. But that first experience was lousy to say the least.
