You probably could use more qualified techs on the shop floor. My car sat for several days until the proper tech could get to it. My A8 is almost 10 yrs old now and I'll be looking for a new car soon -- having my current car in the shop for 10 days when it apparently only received a few hours of attention does not make my picture of Jim Ellis shine. Hope things will improve when the new Cobb County facility opens.

We had a great experience at Jim Ellis Audi. Our Salesman, Kevin was knowledgeable and professional. He was able to answer all our questions. We purchased a pre-owned 2016 Audi Q5. It is the perfect car for us!. We received some helpful technology training also ! Service department is excellent. Someone has been quick always to be of service and answer any questions.
