I ordered my 2017 A4 in late Sept 2016 and I took delivery on Feb 15, 2017. Almost 5 full months after order. There was confusion about the commission #'s and the status of the car was nearly impossible to determine. Now and then Sasha was able to get me some very vague details on the progress of the car. I despised this part of the process as there is very little information to share with the buyer. On the other hand, Jim Ellis made a fair deal for the vehicle and even provided me a loaner car for about a month which helped me out big time. Further, I should have been able to participate in the Audi year-end sales event (because delivery of my order was originally set for end of DEC) but because delivery was 1.5 months late, I no longer qualified for that promotion. However, Jim Ellis still made good by me, picking up the first payment similar to what the year-end event promised by committing to issue me a check. The car came as I ordered and I feel I got a square deal. I was upset at times because the order was over a 1.5 months late, but my Sales Manager (Sasha Landy) was professional in most of his responses. As far as outstanding times, the dealer still owes me a check for the first payment and they have to register my car so I can use the Audi App. BTW-- the dealer forgot to give me a temporary license plate and I had to drive back to get it just a few hours after I left. Small inconvenience, but happy I wasn't pulled over for driving without a tag. Overall, I have no clue why it took 5 months for delivery but I would purchase from Jim Ellis of Marietta again.
