Had my S4 in for service on a Saturday morning. Ron greeted me promptly and courteously. I was in and out much quicker than expected. Service is fantastic as always.

My wife's 2013 A3 TDI was purchased by Audi as part of the buyback program on December 15th. We bought it in 2012 from Ahamed Eboo at Jim Ellis/Marietta. We were looking at other brands as a replacement, but Ahamed really came through with a deal that we couldn't refuse on a new 2017 A4. We ordered the car with the options we wanted and he kept us abreast of its progress throughout the process. We picked up my wife's new A4 on Friday, February 3rd, which coincidentally was her birthday. I can see why Ahamed has so many accolades, as he made the whole experience a pleasant one. We've received several compliments from friends/coworkers/etc. on our new car, so we give them Ahamed's contact info without hesitation. Do what you can to keep this man around, as he's among the best in the business.

Kevin and Ron were very nice, and in general, the service performed was fine. However, I was a little perplexed as to why the Service Due light was not reset. When I called and asked about it I was told that you normally don't reset it if all that was done was an oil change because to reset it would require going into the computer and that costs $55. I then asked if people are supposed to just drive around with the light on, and was told yes, basically. That's ridiculous. Those lights are there to remind people when service is due. To just keep it on all the time is like the boy who cried wolf. How would I then know when the car really did need servicing? A more plausible explanation would have been that "we did not reset it because you still have a service that is due, so we wanted to make sure you were reminded about it." Now, the service manager, sensing that I was very very annoyed, was nice and told me to bring the car by today (Monday, 2/6/17) and they would reset it for me, however, I can't make it down there today so it will have to stay lit until I get it to someone who can reset it. Dealerships have a reputation for having unnecessarily high prices, and things like this confirm it.
