My experience with Jim Ellis was great! Kevin was able to find the perfect car for me with all the trending features within my price range and I'm so in love with it. I thank Kevin for not just be eager for a sale, but actually taking my needs into consideration and finding a car that exceeded my expectations. He definitely fulfilled the Jim Ellis promise. My experience with Audi in Marietta has been very hot and cold. I tend to have great service or unnecessary issues from a single staff member. I just took my car in, which I had an appointment for at 1030AM on a Wednesday. I waited a week for the appt so that I could be in and out and get a vehicle. I came in at my scheduled time, the agent seemed to not be in a great mood, but that really doesn't matter as long as I get in and out. All of the courtesy cars were out when I arrived, he seemed annoyed by this and then pushed that back onto me. Then the policy was mentioned to me multiple times, I understand the policy, I was just trying to find a solution, I didn't need the policy thrown in my face three times. The agent next time him mentioned a car was being returned. Then I was told a car was being returned in 20 minutes, once again, this is an inconvenience not an issue. I decided to go down the street to grab lunch to wait for the vehicle, I also mention I have a meeting at noon that I need to take. Over an hour goes by, and at 1145 I am called to say the vehicle is ready. I mention I will jump in my car and head over, but I will need to take my phone call at noon. None of this should be been an issue. Then the service person again, being curt, not rude tells me the car will probably be gone then because once again he repeated the car policy to me. Now I am annoyed and ask to speak to a manager, the service agent once again says he is doing everything he can but he cannot prevent the car from being taken by someone else even though I was the only one with a confirmed appt and been waiting over an 1.5 hours. I then ask to speak to a manager and once again get push back, but at this point I no longer want to speak to this agent who is making life much harder than it needs to be. We hang up, about 2 minutes later I speak to the same agent, his tone did a complete 180 and the car would be waiting for me, no need to speak to a manager. End of issues. I took the time to write this because this is not the first time I have had unnecessary issues with Audi Marietta. Nothing that happened that day was a big deal, it became a larger deal because of the agent. I would also to to reiterate, this happens probably 25% of the time I go, so more often than not I have a great time, little issues happen not a big deal. But when an agent is annoyed for reasons that have nothing to do with me, but projects them onto me, there is an issue.
