2014 Audi Q5 Prestige TDI. Started out fine, but the experience, and my opinion of the dealership, has deteriorated with each subsequent interaction. I am STILL waiting for answers to questions and promised follow-ups, even after escalation to the used car manager.

I called and made my appt for my A6. They were able to schedule me the day I requested. I got several reminders about my service appt. Tim Brooks, with whom I ALWAYS work, met me when I arrived on Monday morning and was, as always, very friendly and helpful. I got a loaner, which was very nice, and the girl who checked me out (I can't remember her name) was very helpful and answered all my questions. I appreciated that she anticipated my questions with a new car and its quirks. When I picked up my car, it was very clean and ready and waiting for me! The gentleman who checked me out went over what had been done and why. No problems or suggestions or criticisms.

I brought my Q5 in for an oil change and decided to only get an oil change. I was charged $55 to turn off my service light. This is ridiculous and unfair. Why is it designed this way? This is BS. I also had an engine light on when I came to the dealership. This was never addressed by your technician. After leaving the center, I realized my $55 did not even cover a technical issue that should have been addressed.
